Account & Registration

Go to the Register page and fill in your full name, mobile number or email address, date of birth, and a password. Verify your contact details via OTP, then make your first PKR deposit to unlock full platform access. The whole process takes under two minutes.

Yes. You must be 18 years of age or older to register and use Desi46. By creating an account you confirm you meet this requirement. Age verification is required before your first withdrawal is processed, so make sure you enter your real date of birth during registration.

No. Each player is allowed one account only. Creating duplicate accounts — for example, to claim a welcome bonus twice — is a violation of our Terms and Conditions. If duplicate accounts are detected, all associated accounts and balances will be closed. If you previously had an account that was closed, contact support before registering again.

Click the "Forgot Password" link on the Login page. Enter your registered mobile number or email, and you will receive a reset link or OTP. Follow the steps to create a new password. If you have lost access to both your email and mobile number, contact support via live chat for identity-verified account recovery.

Log in to your account and go to account settings. Most standard details can be updated there. For changes to sensitive information like your registered name or date of birth, you may need to submit supporting documentation to the support team for verification first.

Deposits

Desi46 supports JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, bank transfer, debit and credit cards, and select mobile wallets. All deposits are processed in PKR. The available methods are shown on the Deposit page when you are logged in.

Most deposits — especially via JazzCash, Easypaisa, and Raast — are credited instantly. Bank transfers may take slightly longer depending on your bank and the time of day. If a deposit has not appeared after 15 minutes, check your transaction history and contact support with the payment reference if needed.

Yes. Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method and are displayed clearly on the deposit page before you confirm any transaction. Maximums also apply per method per day. These figures are updated periodically, so always check the current limits on the deposit page rather than relying on a third-party source.

Desi46 does not charge deposit fees on its end. However, your bank or mobile wallet provider may apply their own transaction charges depending on the method and amount. Check with your payment provider if you are unsure about their fees before making a deposit.

Yes. Go to the Responsible Gaming section in your account settings to set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits in PKR. These limits take effect immediately. Reducing a limit is instant; increasing one has a 24-hour cooling-off period before the change activates.

Withdrawals

Log in and go to the Withdrawal page. Select your preferred payment method, enter the amount in PKR, and confirm. Withdrawals go back to the same account or wallet you deposited from. Make sure your KYC verification is complete before submitting your first withdrawal request.

Processing times vary by method. JazzCash and Easypaisa withdrawals are typically processed quickly. Bank transfers take longer — usually one to three business days after approval. The withdrawal page will show an estimated timeframe for each method at the time you make the request.

The most common reasons for a withdrawal delay are:
  • KYC verification not yet completed — you will need to submit a valid photo ID such as a CNIC
  • Active bonus wagering requirement not yet met
  • Withdrawal request is under standard security review
  • A discrepancy between your registered name and your payment method name
If your withdrawal has been pending for longer than expected, contact support with your transaction reference number.

A valid government-issued photo ID is required — a CNIC is the standard document for Pakistani players. You may also be asked to confirm your payment method. Uploading clear, well-lit images of both sides of your CNIC through the account settings speeds up the verification process.

Yes. Live in-play betting lets you place bets on matches that are already in progress. For Cricket this means ball-by-ball odds, over-by-over markets, and session betting that updates throughout the match. Odds move fast during live games, so having the app installed gives you the quickest access.

Most bets on completed matches are settled within a few minutes of the official result being confirmed. For PSL and international Cricket matches, official DLS results, weather interruptions, and match abandonments follow the relevant tournament rules for settlement. If there is a delay, check the sportsbook rules or contact support.

Settlement rules for abandoned or rain-affected PSL matches follow the official competition rules and Desi46's sportsbook terms. In most cases, bets on an abandoned match are voided and the stake is returned to your account balance. Bonuses & Promotions

After registering and making your first qualifying deposit, the welcome bonus is credited to your account automatically or after opting in — the exact process is shown on the promotions page inside your account. Read the bonus terms carefully before claiming, specifically the wagering requirement, minimum deposit, qualifying games, and expiry.

A wagering requirement means you need to bet the bonus amount a certain number of times before it can be withdrawn as real cash. For example, a wagering requirement of 20x on a PKR 1,000 bonus means you need to place bets totalling PKR 20,000 before the bonus converts to withdrawable balance. Not all games contribute equally — Slots typically count 100%, while table games may contribute less.

Yes. All bonuses on Desi46 have an expiry date which is specified in the individual bonus terms. If the wagering requirement is not met by the expiry date, the bonus and any winnings from it are forfeited. The expiry date is visible in your account bonus balance section once a bonus is active.

Mobile App

The app and website share the same account, balance, and features.
