1 Introduction

Welcome to Desi46. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and Desi46 ("we", "us", "our", "the Platform"). 3 Account Registration

Each player is permitted to hold one account on Desi46. Duplicate accounts — whether intentional or accidental — are not allowed. If you accidentally open a second account, contact our support team immediately to resolve it. Operating multiple accounts for the purpose of claiming multiple bonuses or circumventing limits will result in all accounts being permanently closed and any balances forfeited.

During registration you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information. This includes your real name, date of birth, contact number, and a valid email address. Do not use a nickname, initials, or someone else's details.

4 Deposits & Payments

You may only deposit using payment methods that belong to you. Depositing using a method registered to another person is not permitted. Any funds deposited via a third-party payment method may be withheld pending investigation.

Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed clearly on the deposit page. Deposits are generally credited to your account instantly, though bank transfers and some wallet methods may take longer depending on your provider.

• Deposits are non-refundable once credited, except in cases of clear technical error.
• We do not charge deposit fees on our end, but your payment provider may apply their own charges.
• If a deposit is declined, check with your payment provider before attempting again.

5 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed in PKR to the same payment method used for your deposit wherever possible. If that method is unavailable, our support team will assist you with an alternative.

Before your first withdrawal can be approved, you must complete identity verification (KYC). Accounts that have not completed KYC will have withdrawal requests held until verification is finalised. This is for your protection as much as ours.

Withdrawal processing times vary by method. We aim to process all requests within 24–72 hours from submission, though bank transfers may take additional business days to reflect in your account. Delays caused by your bank or payment provider are beyond our control.

We reserve the right to carry out additional security checks before processing any withdrawal. This is a standard fraud prevention measure and is not a reflection of your standing as a player.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

General bonus rules that apply across all promotions on Desi46:

7 Sports Betting

The sports betting section on Desi46 covers Cricket, Pakistan Super League (PSL) fixtures, T20 internationals, test matches, Football, Esports, and other events as published. Markets and odds are subject to change before and during events.

All bets are final once confirmed. Desi46 will not cancel or amend bets at a player's request after confirmation, except in cases of a manifest pricing error, in which case affected bets may be voided and stakes returned at Desi46's discretion.

• In-play bets are placed subject to live odds at the time of acceptance. There may be a brief delay between submission and acceptance.
• If an event is postponed or cancelled, settled bets may be voided and stakes returned depending on the nature of the cancellation.
• We reserve the right to void any bet where there is evidence of match-fixing, insider information, or any other form of sporting fraud.
• Maximum payout limits apply per event and per day. These are displayed in the bet slip before confirmation.

8 Casino & Live Casino
